In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase from our website we will happily exchange

it for another piece or offer a store credit only minus original shipping charges and any duties paid.

A store credit will be provided once you meet the following criteria:-

You return the piece(s) within 10 days from the date of purchase;

The piece(s) is unused and in its original condition with any product packaging returned.
You return the piece(s), with the receipt of sale or a bank/credit card statement showing the sale transaction

Store credits will be issued within 3 to 5 business days upon iSHTA receiving the item/s. Store credits are final sale and are valid for up to three (3) months only.

All items discounted, purchased on sale or using a promotional code are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns Process

Orders are to be returned via post to the following address with the proof of purchase otherwise the return will not be accepted.

Please contact us via email or via the contact page for postage information.

We will be in touch to discuss the available options, however a faulty item must first meet our criteria prior to a refund or exchange is administered..

Faulty Returns

Should your piece(s) unfortunately be faulty please contact us via email or contact page and include pictures within the email to demonstrate the fault.

Please ensure you receive a confirmation from iSHTA prior to posting to discuss refunds on faulty pieces..

The following process will occur:-

The piece(s) in questions must be deemed faulty by iSHTA

The piece(s) must be returned to iSHTA and must have been purchased within the last 14 days.

You return the piece(s), with the receipt of sale or a bank/credit card statement showing the sale transaction

Please contact should you have any further questions or unclear of the processes.

Please Note: refunds will only be credited back to the original credit card used to make the online purchase.

​The refund will be processed as soon as the item(s) have been received and inspected by iSHTA.

​Please allow up to 14 days from the day you return the piece for your account to be credited.

​The amount refunded will cover the value of the item(s) purchased only; shipping charges are NOT refundable.
